Creating posters |
The posters that you display in your own store should be quite different from other kinds of posters. The posters you place in public places must indicate "When," "Where," and "What," and must be aimed at a specific target of consumers to achive maximum effect. |
Posters look desolate if they are text only, black and white, or small. Use a color printer that can handle A3-size paper or larger. Always include at least one photograph or illustration. |
The key is to use text that can be easily read from a distance. Avoid complex photos and illustrations. If a poster is for your own store, boldly emphasize the product's features, attractions, and price. |
